i. Order Cancellation by Customers
- Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the supper club event.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued according to the original payment method used during checkout.
ii. Cancellation by Supperb
We reserve the right to cancel an event in the following circumstances:
- If the selected event does not meet the minimum occupancy requirements.
- For unforeseen operational or logistical reasons.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
iii. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 3–4 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
iv. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event start time.
- Failure to attend the event after it has commenced, as per the host’s timeline.
